Packing

 

All works are packed in industrial strength cardboard, bubble wrap, layers of additional cardboard, corners, sealed plastic bag and acid-free glassine paper.

Shipping

 

Once the transaction is confirmed on the website, the process of preparation and packing takes 7-10 business days.

Each item is varnished, signed, sealed and shipped with a certificate of authenticity.

  

Damaged works

 

All the artworks or prints are insured for the value of the sale during the shipping. The shipping cost includes the insurance. In the unfortunate event that your order arrives in less than satisfactory condition, please take a digital photo of the item and of the shipping packaging it arrived in, then attach the photos to an email and send to infohenao.co@gmail.com including in the body of the email: your order number, the shipping ID or item number, a brief description of the reason for the return, and let us know whether you are seeking a replacement or a refund. You will receive an email from us with an update and steps on how to proceed.
 

Returns for other reazons

 

If the artwork or print, does not satisfy you entirely, you has a non-extendable term of 7 business days from receipt of the item to return it in its original package. Unfortunately, after 7 days of I am unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping using a recognized international courier company such as UPS, DHL, FEDEX, TNT or Registered Mail. All returns must include original packaging and the customer is required to pay for shipping insurance.
